Nicole Richie reportedly had to dry clean two $1,000 dresses

Nicole Richie apparently had to dry clean two $1,000 dresses after one of her dogs soiled them when she was shopping at a Hollywood boutique.

 

Nicole, who recently gave birth to a daughter named Harlow, was out shopping for a  birthday present for her finance Joel Madden in West Hollywood's 'Resurrection' boutique when the incident reportedly took place.

 

A shop insider told the National Enquirer magazine, "We let Nicole bring her dogs into the shop because she is such a huge celebrity but we thought she would have more control over them. Her dog used a blue frock as a toilet. As soon as we saw what had happened, we told her she had to get them dry cleaned or buy them. Because they cost $1,000 each she took them to be cleaned but we don't know if we can sell them now. They aren't the same".

 

Last year, it was claimed that Nicole was planning to dress her pet dogs up for her wedding ceremony and she is believed to have purchased a tuxedo for her Shih Tzu ''Honeychild' and a bridesmaid's dress for her Pomeranian pooch 'Foxxy Cleopatra'.

Mel B is expected to star in the new 'Magnum' film.

The Spice Girl Mel B, who wants to be an actress, is thought to have won a part in the big screen version of the hit 80s show 'Magnum, P.I.', which featured a private investigator living in Hawaii.

 

A source said, "Mel will play a tough-talking detective. Her no-nonsense attitude will make her a great addition to the cast".

The TV show, on which the movie is based, starred Tom Selleck who played the part of Thomas Magnum, an investigator who solved crimes whilst driving around in a Ferrari 308 GTS.

 

Although the cast has yet to be officially announced, it was recently reported that Matthew McConaughey would play Magnum and Steve Zahn, Tyrese Gibson and William H. Macy are expected to play the characters Rick, and T.C.

Scarlett Johansson's new album 'Anywhere I Lay My Head' is all set to be released on May 6th and our picture shows the album's cover.

Sienna Miller is said to have finally accepted her lover Rhys Ifans's marriage proposal.

 

Sienna, who started dating the actor last August is said to be planning a summer wedding after Rhys asked her to be his wife for a third time.

 

A source said, "Rhys has admitted he and Sienna are getting married. Everything is supposed to be a secret but Rhys is finding it hard to keep quiet. He can't believe she finally said yes." Sienna and Rhys are planning to invite Kate Moss, Keira Knightley and her boyfriend Rupert Friend, Sadie Frost and Oasis star Noel Gallagher to the "low-key" ceremony. According to the latest celebrity news, 'Geffen Records' has released the official cover art for Ashlee Simpson's new album, 'Bittersweet World', which will be released on April 22nd.

 

On February 26, Ashlee and Pete Wentz (the bassist and primary lyricist for the Chicago-based band Fall Out Boy) celebrated at the 'Bittersweet World' album release party at NYC's Marquee on Tuesday night.

 

Meanwhile, Ashlee Simpson denied that she was drunk during a recent radio interview and said that she was "just tired and nervous" but did add that she's has been doing a lot of late nightclub promotion for her new album, 'Bittersweet World'.

Keira Knightley is set to release a new album.

Keira Knightley is said to have already recorded several songs for the soundtrack of her upcoming Dylan Thomas movie, 'The Edge of Love'.

 

The album will feature the songs that Keira sings in the movie which is set during World War II, including her opening number 'Blue Tahitian Moon', in addition to renditions of 'Maybe It's Because I Love You Too Much' and 'Drifting And Dreaming'.

 

Keira, who plays one of two women vying for the affections of the Welsh poet Dylan confessed last year she did not have much confidence in her singing ability.

 

She said, "I can't really sing. I had to have a few lessons, but once I started doing it, a sound emerged that wasn't too disagreeable".

Sienna Miller and Rhys Ifans apparently left fellow passengers amazed as they openly frolicked during a 12 hour flight home from the Oscars.

 

Fellow passengers said that the actress and the 'Notting Hill' were unable to keep their hands off each other from the moment they boarded a London bound plane in Los Angeles.

 

One onlooker told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "They were cavorting for almost the entire flight. They kissed each other passionately, before stroking each other's hair, nibbling, whispering and giggling with each other".

 

During the flight, Rhys even stripped off his shirt after spilling wine all over it.
