Are Sir Paul McCartney and Renee Zellweger getting cozy?

Sir Paul McCartney and Renee Zellweger have were spotted getting cozy at a New York concert.

 

Sir Paul was pictured having an intimate chat with Renée at a 'Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' show in The Hamptons.

 

A source said: "Renee smiled and laughed and hung on McCartney's very word. She has a history of dating musicians and he's a legend and single. He is also known to have a thing for younger women and blondes".

 

Renee divorced singer Kenny Chesney in 2005 after just four months of marriage and previously had a two year relationship with 'The White Stripes' rocker Jack White.

 

Paul is currently divorcing his estranged wife Heather Mills but has recently been linked to the ex-model Christie Brinkley.

 

Brinkley was also present at the New York concert and was said to be upset over the level of attention that Paul gave to Renee.

However a friend of the 'Get Back' rocker claimed that the pair were just enjoying an innocent chat and insisted, "Nothing's going on. Paul just got chatting to Renee", and another insider added, "I don't believe there's anything between them. Paul was sitting with U.S. comedienne Amy Poehler and her husband and Renee was with two friends and left 15 minutes after he did".

In spite of the fact that the 'Factory Girls' actress Sienna Miller has been romantically linked to a whole string of men she says that she is nowhere near as promiscuous as many people think.

Asked if she is now romantically involved with the 'Notting Hill' star Rhys Ifans who recently moved into her home she said, "He lives on a boat and it has flooded so at the moment he is sleeping on my sofa. I gave him a place to stay because that's what friends do".

 

Speculation that the pair are more than just friends started after they holidayed together on the Spanish island of Ibiza last week.
