Kate Hudson's divorce from Chris Robinson has been finalized.

 

The pair have now officially ended their six year marriage, almost a year after the Black Crowes front man filed for divorce from the Hollywood actress citing "irreconcilable differences".

 

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider ruled on the matter yesterday (25.10.07).

 

Hudson and Robinson, were married in a shamanistic ceremony on New Year's Eve in 2000, and Robinson did not request spousal support.

 

Hudson, recently claimed she would always love the singer because he is the father of her three year old son Ryder.

She said, "For both Chris and me, our main focus is, and was, Ryder and happy parents equal a happy baby. Therefore, I love Chris to pieces". The pair are seeking shared custody.

 

Hudson recently dated actor Dax Shepard, but reportedly split from the 'Employee of the Month' star after deciding that she wanted to rekindle her relationship with Owen Wilson.

 

She started dating the 'Wedding Crashers' star last year but the pair split in June, with many blaming their failed relationship for his reported suicide attempt in August.
